Meet Trenez Carter and Sherrell Williams Johnson, co-founders of Childcare Geniuses. With over 25 years of combined, hands-on experience as childcare operators, educators, and center leaders, they have built, owned, and supported programs from the ground up. Childcare Geniuses was created to help childcare owners and directors move out of survival mode by replacing burnout, staff turnover, and inconsistency with clear systems, strong leadership structure, and practical training that works in real centers. Drawing from their real-world experience, Trenez and Sherrell are building a platform designed to strengthen teams, protect quality, and help childcare businesses operate with clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability.
