Trenez Carter
Trenez Carter, known as The Childcare Geek, is an early childhood leader, operator, and systems builder with over a decade of hands-on experience in childcare education and center leadership. She built and led her own center, Kinderland Academy, and is known for her structured, high-standard approach to staffing, training, and center culture. Her work focuses on helping childcare leaders move from constant reaction to intentional systems that support quality, compliance, and sustainability.
Trenez is a childcare operator turned strategist who understands firsthand what it means to be responsible for children, staff, families, and compliance all at once. After navigating inspections, deficiencies, staffing challenges, and operational growing pains, she stopped guessing and started building systems. What began as survival turned into structure, clarity, and confidence.
Her belief is simple:
Loving children is essential.
Running a compliant, organized business is non-negotiable.
